Pay duties and taxes cumulatively, once a month, interest-free
Generate your own reports reflecting your company’s compliance, transaction, and financial data
Create and manage your secure ACE account and the availability and user privileges of the data
Get and stay current with Customs and Border Protection changes, requirements and future ACE releases

Benefits of Periodic Monthly Statement:

ACE is the new, improved, technologically advanced and fully automated information system of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that will revolutionize the way entries are cleared, tracked and paid for. It is an “Account” based system, that is replacing the former “Transaction” and paper-intense ACS system, and it is being released in phases.

Periodic Monthly Statement (PM Statement), released in 2005, allows importers to pay all duties and taxes accumulated for a month on the 15th business day of the following month. PM Statement is a feature that can greatly benefit importers and we want our customers to be informed. PM Statement is NOT available through TRG, but we are encouraging importers to learn about its benefits and consider using it.
